Following our announcement on 13 May 2024 regarding the temporary cessation of offshore CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) issuance, we are pleased to inform you that we will be resuming the offshore CoE process starting 1 March 2025.
While the decision to halt offshore recruitment was a difficult one, it was made in response to the exceptionally high visa refusal rates we faced at that time. However, with the positive changes in circumstances, we are confident that resuming offshore CoE is now the right step forward.
The resumption follows the implementation of student limits and quotas. Providers who recruit up to 80% of their National Offshore Student Cap (NOSC) will now receive priority visa processing. This development is expected to significantly improve visa grant rates for the VET sector. Our goal is to attract high-quality, low-risk students from offshore, ensuring a sustainable and successful recruitment strategy.
We will begin notifying our agents and prospective students shortly, and we will open enrollment for the upcoming intake.
